Designed and ran a repeatable competitive content system across CLM, ELM, Legal Collections, and Practice Management: master research dossiers, a 10-section battlecard for every competitor, then grouped and one-on-one comparison blog posts — all from a single scalable format I built.
Owned it end to end: defined the ROI model (net savings, 60% efficiency baseline, payback period), designed band-based personalization across Growth, Momentum, and Scale tiers, built the PDF report layer in Python, wrote the landing page, and shipped a six-email nurture sequence plus LinkedIn launch assets.

Built the answer-engine playbook from scratch: 45-word answer blocks, question-led structure, citation-friendly formatting — plus a five-email branching nurture sequence behind the download.
Enterprise banking copy covering SARFAESI, Section 138, DRT/DRAT, NCLT, and RBI Master Directions — written for human buyers and answer engines at the same time.
Interview-to-publish case studies — including a managing-partner-framed story for one of India's oldest law firms — plus the full gated download flow and an eight-email nurture cadence behind them.
Persona-mapped cold email campaigns that opened 3 new markets — three personas for KSA, full collateral for the UK backed by a market-entry assessment I researched and wrote myself, and a campaign targeting litigation teams at the top 25 SEA telecom companies.
The receipts: these emails landed 2 GCC companies and 1 Indian company — all three converted into paying clients.

A 416-question training tool covering all four Provakil product lines: CLM, Litigation & Notices, Legal Collections, and the Entity & Board Portal. Questions shuffle on every attempt, each answer comes with an explanatory note, and every score is logged to a Google Sheet through Apps Script, so leadership can see who knows the product and where the gaps are.
Built for a guest session at my alma mater. Students work through six randomly assigned management cases, earn XP as they clear each level, and finish with a career-lane signal, a personal skill map, a portfolio project to attempt, and an ATS-ready starter resume.
